Job Summary: As a Sales and Repair Technician, you will be at the forefront of our store operations, delivering exceptional customer service while diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing mobile devices, including cell phones, tablets, and game consoles. You will also assist customers with product selection and purchases, providing knowledgeable recommendations and advice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair mobile devices, addressing both hardware and software issues.
• Provide high-quality customer service, assisting with purchases and responding to inquiries.
• Process sales transactions and manage inventory control.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technology.
• Offer technical support and advice to customers, ensuring their needs are met.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience.
• Previous experience in electronic device repair, particularly with mobile devices.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Willingness to relocate as needed to meet business needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cell phone repair or a similar role.
• Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.
• Being a college student is a plus.
